About the HeatLoop Blanket
How does the blanket heat up?
Built-in carbon-fibre heating elements are powered by USB. Plug in, press the button and choose from three heat levels.
How many heat settings are there?
Three: about 35°C, 45°C and 55°C. Press the button to switch, and the light shows which setting you're on.
What do I power it with?
Any standard USB power source, such as a USB power bank, a laptop or a USB wall plug. A power bank and plug are not included. If you use your own power bank, you can move around freely.
What's the difference between the colours?
Apricot is a hooded poncho with a full-length zip, made from a soft knitted waffle fabric. Grey is a plush, open-front fleece wrap that drapes over your shoulders, with no hood or zip.
Is it one size?
Yes. Both styles have a relaxed, oversized fit that suits most adults.
Care and safety
Can I wash it?
Yes. Always unplug it first, then follow the care label instructions.
Is it safe?
The blanket runs on low-voltage USB power. For safety, don't use it while sleeping, and don't use it on infants or anyone who can't adjust or remove it themselves.

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, and UK delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to the US, Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. Delivery times and any costs are shown at checkout.
Returns
What if I don't love it?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Just email us. See our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
